Bobble is a desktop bobblehead app from DoubleW Ltd. This page explains how the website and Mac app handle information.
Your photos and bobbles
When you choose photos to make a bobble, the app sends them to the image-generation service used for that request. If you select an optional 3D-generation service, the generated toy image is also sent to that service. Those services process information under their own policies.
The app saves copies of selected photos and generated models on your Mac, in its Application Support folder. Removing a bobble from the desktop does not necessarily delete these files. You can find the folder through the app’s Privacy settings and delete stored files in Finder.
Settings and credentials
Preferences are stored on your Mac. Credentials you enter in the app’s settings are stored in the macOS Keychain. The app uses those credentials to contact the services you configure.
This website
The interactive desktop is a browser demonstration. Playing with it does not upload photos or create a real bobble. This website does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
When you contact us
If you contact us through the support form, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the information you include. The form uses a private, built-in check to stop spam, with no third-party captcha or tracking. We use that information to respond to your request.
